The Way of the Will | Guide
I'll be the first to acknowledge that despite my best efforts, intentions, and hopes, sometimes my entire house runs off course. The atmosphere, habits, and ideas around and in my family are far from our ideals, far from the path of truth, goodness, and beauty. In those seasons, I've wondered, "Can we ever get back on track?"
And the answer has always been yes.
The ‘turnabout’ towards goodness is about teaching our children to live. Not to walk around in the world like shadows, enslaved to their feelings or passions or selves, but to live and move and have their being in Christ. It's about falling in step with the natural inheritance of our sacramental world, to accept the invitation into God's love at every turn—in home life, habits, and education.
